Wait and Monument Cafe was less boring with the ability to walk through the garden and market. Mom and dad bought locally made honey, popcorn and waffle mix. If you're in Georgetown, Texas, go by and check it out!

Welcome to my blog!
I hope you find the information, stories and antics beneficial. All advice, tips and suggestions are my own opinions. I am just a regular, average person trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. Over the last few years I have achieved some amazing goals: a marathon, several half marathons, three yoga competitions and two century rides. If my experiences and stories help you achieve your goals too all the better. Please feel free to comment and follow. Happy reading! Namaste.
I live in Dallas, Texas and recently left my executive
position at the leading community management company to embark on a
completely different path, teaching Bikram Yoga.

I am also a crafter, I love scrapbooking, knitting,
making cards, sewing, pretty much anything "artsy." I started my own
company a few years ago to sell a craft cushion I created after going to
several retreats with hard chairs. That wasn't quite as popular as the

I started a new
company in 2009, "Bike Run Yoga that's my tri", to help inspire others
to get out and do what they love. In 2009 I completed 12 events, of
which, the highlights were completing my first marathon, riding 100
miles for the second time in Hotter N Hell in Wichita Falls, Texas and
competed in my 3rd yoga competition. I'm not athletic and I hate to
sweat but I am learning to overcome many of my fears and issues with
being an "athlete" through expanding and exploring the possibilities of
Bike Run Yoga.
