So, ...Congrats on finishing your last day or work. So, true about the correct form. I just had an instructor point out the same thing about proper form and went further to say that as you start to go more regularly and push yourself harder, you might develop a bad habit that you didn't realize you were developing. So, it's always better to have the exact right form than push too far in to a pose.
