I also have noticed tightn...He's too awesome... I also have noticed tightness in my butt (piriformis) muscles contributing to sciatic issues. I finally had a chiropractor look at it and give some adjustments, that seems to have started to help. Also, I've been doing some other yoga therapy exercises for the hips that I can't speak highly enough about (gary kraftsow's viniyoga therapy for hips and lower back).
